Class Description: Have you always wanted to learn gymnastics skills but never got the change? Are you a former gymnast looking to practice skills again? Or perhaps you are someone who just wants a new workout? If so, come join us at Bounce for our Adult Gymnastics Class.This class will be a fun gymnastics based workout!
Each week we will work on:
All of this will be based on gymnastics training and will utilize the spring floor, trampoline, bars, beams, and many awesome squishy mats all over our gym. Each class will have a group workout and structured free time in the gym so that we can work with each individual student on their personal goals, whether that be a handstand, a flip, or touching your toes!
